About Landree

Landree Owens
I have had a lifelong desire for healing and nurturing those that are suffering. When I was a child growing up in the PNW I remember trying to draw away my growing pains by envisioning a string where I could pull and unwind the pain from my aching legs. Out of high school I joined the military and served as a combat medic for the Army Reserves. The hospital setting is where I discovered my love for healthcare and the military education carried me for over 18 years in a western medicine clinical setting. Eventually I realized the rapid, profit driven healthcare model that western medicine offers left me feeling helpless, exhausted and no longer fulfilled, leading me to discover different ways of healing and caring for patients.
In early 2010 I began exploring my own healing with massage, chiropractic care, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture and reiki. I was beyond blessed to discover that I could attend Bastyr University, located right here in the pacific northwest.
In 2013, I deeply rooted myself in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and through this medicine I found my true calling.
